Lewat Galaxy M Series, Samsung Indonesia mencoba tawarkan sebuah smartphone dengan fitur komplit dalam harga yang lebih terjangkau. Hadir resmi April 2022 kemarin, Galaxy M33 5G merupakan versi sederhana dari Galaxy A33 5G. Memiliki penyesuaian spesifikasi, termasuk beberapa bagian yang justru lebih superior.

Sama-sama gunakan chipset Exynos 1280 5nm yang sudah mendukung 5G, Samsung Galaxy M33 5G tersedia dalam pilihan RAM 6/8GB dan penyimpanan internal 128GB. Punya dimensi yang lebih bongsor, ukuran layarnya sedikit membesar mencapai 6,6 inci. Belum gunakan panel AMOLED, namun didukung oleh refresh rate lebih tinggi di 120Hz, juga bersifat adaptif.

Jalankan One UI 4.1 berbasis Android 12, Galaxy M33 5G dibekali baterai berkapasitas 5,000 mAh. Tanpa dilengkapi adaptor charger dalam paket penjualan, konsumen harus membeli secara terpisah, dengan dukungan fast charging hingga 25W. Sementara pada bagian kamera, juga disederhanakan meski secara jumlah cukup lengkap.

Pada sisi depan, terdapat kamera 8MP yang mendukung fitur portrait. Sementara di belakang, disematkan sensor kamera utama 50MP yang ditemani tiga sensor lainnya; 5MP ultra wide-angle, 2MP makro dan 2MP depth sensor. Perekaman videonya bisa sampai resolusi 4K 30fps atau 1080p 60fps. Untuk sektor konektivitas, cukup lengkap dengan sensor NFC, plus jack audio 3,5mm untuk gunakan earphone kabel favorit.
