Membawa chipset gahar yang sudah support 5G Qualcomm SM8350 Snapdragon 888 dengan variasi RAM 8GB/12GB dan memiliki memori penyimpanan hingga 256GB. Dengan memori penyimpanan yang besar tersebut Xiaomi 11T Pro tidak menyediakan slot memori eksternal.

Mengusung layar AMOLED dengan ukuran 6,67 inci dan resolusi 1080 x 2400 dengan refresh rate 120Hz.

Bagian punggung Xiaomi 11T memiliki 3 buah kamera dengan setup 108MP (wide), 8MP (ultrawide), 5MP (telephoto macro). Sementara bagian depan nya memiliki setup 16MP.

Sistem operasi nya berbasis Android 11 dibalut dengan MIUI 12.5 interface khas Xiaomi.
